摘要 本文以天津裕盛35kV变电站小电阻接地改造工程为例,对二次保护中常见问题进行归纳研究,分析Y/△-11接线的变压器△侧发生区外短路对主变差动保护的影响,明确提出双缆接线零序CT(电流互感器)并联、电缆一次屏蔽线对零序CT的安装要求,为今后小电阻接地改造提供运行经验。

Abstract:This article concludes and analyses the common problems on secondary system protection taking the Tianjin Yusheng 35kV substation as the example research. Study on the influence of transformer differential protection when external short circuit fault happens on the delta side of the yd-11 transformer. The article clearly puts forward the installation requirement of zero-sequence CT of double cables Parallel and cable shield wires. It Provides operational experience for small resistance grounding in the future.
