摘要 本文所分析的脉振高频电流注入法,是只在估计转子坐标系的d轴上注入高频电流信号,通过检测高频电压的幅值,获取转子位置误差信号,经过信号处理来提取转子位置信息。同时,从理论上分析了转子位置的估计误差,推导了转子位置估计误差的表达式。为了减小转子位置观测器及电流环PI调节器对转子位置估计误差的影响,提出了转子位置误差补偿策略。通过Matlab/ Simulink对系统进行了仿真分析,结果证明改进后的电流调节器和转子位置信号提取过程的有效性,提高了转子位置估计的精度,实现了在全转速范围内对转子位置和速度的估计.即使参数变化较大,也可以很好的跟踪转子的位置,使得永磁同步电动机无传感器控制系统的精确性和稳定性得到提高。

Abstract:In this paper, the pulsating high frequency current injection method is analyzed, where high frequency current signal is only injected into the d axis of the estimated rotor coordinate. By detecting the amplitude of the high frequency voltage, the rotor position error signal are obtained and processed to extract the information of the rotor position. Firstly, the estimating error of the rotor position is analyzed on the level of the theory and then, its mathematical expression is further deduced in this paper. Moreover, to reduce the influence of the rotor position observer and current loop PI regulator on the estimating error of the rotor position, the rotor error compensation strategy is proposed. After the simulation of system based on Matlab/Simulink, the analysis result demonstrates that the effectiveness of the improved current regulator and extracting processing of the rotor position signal, and the estimating accuracy of the rotor position is enhanced. The estimations of the position and speed of the rotor are achieved in spite of great changes in system parameters. This study method improves the accuracy and stability of the sensorless control of PMSM.
