摘要 现有电力电子设备水冷却系统中,通常使用空气冷却器或冷却塔作为外冷设备,该种设备不适合在常年高温缺水的地区应用。本文通过对目前换流站中电力电子设备水冷却系统的分析和研究,提出了将冷水机组应用于外冷却系统的新思路,即采用冷水机组直接冷却去离子水。通过实际工程应用,验证了该方案的可行性,为高温缺水地区大功率电力电子阀的冷却提供了技术支持。

Abstract:Air coolers or cooling towers are commonly used as outdoor cooling equipment in the water-cooling systems of existing power electronic equipment. Based on the analysis and research of the current waters cooling system of power electronic equipment in the converter station, a new methodof direct application in power electronic equipment cooling water system is put forward. The de-ionized water is directly used in the water refrigeration chiller, which was proved to be feasible by practical application. The feasibility of the scheme is verified through practical engineering application, which provides technical support for the cooling of high-power power electronic valve in the area with high temperature and water shortage.
