Abstract  The article describes the design of control system of radiator thermal performance test bed for the electronic components which used in the high-speed rail trains. The test bed is based on the RS-485 bus. Focusing introduced from the control mode, the order of start and stop, temperature control, speed control, the hardware design. The actual environment of the test bench simulation of high-speed rail trains run, to provide a stable test environment such as temperature, wind speed, with high precision. The actual testing, fully meet the high-speed rail trains radiator thermal performance testing require- ments of electronic components.
