Abstract  10kV distribution network is a neutral point is not grounded or small current grounding system. Monitoring the change of phase voltage or phase current is a common method for identification of single phase line break fault in distribution network. But it is difficult to implement, and the result is affected by the factor of single phase to ground fault. Measurement and analysis of phase line voltage vector can also identify distribution network single-phase disconnection fault, and it is not affected by the factor of single phase to ground fault. Installing line voltage measurement devices in power distribution lines, and the circuit of three phase line voltage vector are collected. Comparison and find out the maximum line voltage value, calculate the phase angle between it and the other two voltages, can effectively identify and locate the single-phase disconnection fault.
