Abstract  Project post-evaluation is an important part of the project management process. At present, only some key projects are selected for power grid technical revamping and equipment overhaul projects to carry out post-evaluation pilots, which cannot reflect the overall implementation effect of the project. This paper introduces the process of developing a post-evaluation system for technical revamping and equipment overhaul projects based on the Spark framework. The system uses big data technology to process the basic data of post-evaluation, and uses the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score project implementation effects, which provides technical support for the normal development of technical revamping and equipment overhaul projects.
