Abstract  With the continuous increase of equipment scale in the substation secondary system, the manual inspection of the secondary system is characterized by low efficiency and weak effect. The problem of insufficient carrying capacity of operational inspection and professional inspection personnel is becoming increasingly prominent. It is urgent to study the intelligent inspection technology of the substation secondary system and promote the inspection mode from traditional manual inspection to intelligent inspection. This paper proposes a differentiated intelligent inspection strategy for secondary system based on data source transformation without blind spots, the inspection data accumulation model and the trend prediction method of equipment state. Relying on the existing data network architecture and transmission channels, the intelligent panoramic perception and intelligent operation and maintenance system of secondary equipment status is constructed, which integrates intelligent inspection technologies such as multi-source data collection and cleaning, state trend prediction and analysis, inspection task customization and interaction to achieve efficient, accurate and intelligent inspection of the secondary system.
