Abstract Faced with the problems of not achieving standardized management of a large number of contact suspension defects and not being interconnected with the power supply production management system, this article designs a dynamic operation quality evaluation system for the catenary suspension status based on the defect standardization and big data analysis method. This system includes the management of the catenary 6C defect library, the comprehensive large screen display of the catenary leadership cockpit, the analysis of catenary suspension defects, the evaluation of catenary suspension quality, system management and other major modules, achieving visualization of section defect quality, centralized closed-loop management of defects, and providing a basis for the rectification of overhead catenary equipment.
