Abstract：The Lubuge Hydropower Station (Lubuge hydroelectric power plant) under the China Southern Grid Corp, it is Southern Power Grid Dispatching direct dispatching power plant, the Lubuge Hydropower Plant in Southern Power Grid important electrical physical location, study the power plant of black start for greater security and stability of power grid has a very important significance, this article through the analysis of the black start in the hydropower plant reasonable scientific program and start the process matters needing attention.
