Abstract:In this work, combined trading of energy and emissions for coordinated wind and thermal units is considered. The objective is to maximize the expected profits of the owner using coordination as risk mitigation and to minimize emission. A two level mixed integer stochastic programming (SP) is used to handle various uncertainties. Simulation results show the benefits of using a combined bidding strategy for wind and thermal units along with emission reduction.

Power Syst., 2004, 19(3): 1599-1606. 全国储能“十三五”规划重大课题研讨会在电工研究所召开 7 2015年2月13日,由中科院电工研究所承办的全国储能“十三五”规划重大课题第一次研讨会在电工所召开。中国化学与物理电源行业协会、电子科技集团十八所、中科院物理所、电科院、清华大学、全国工商联新能源商会等20余家单位参会讨论。 8 本次会议围绕储能技术和产业发展目标、任务和布局研究、边远地区储能技术应用和商业模式研究、分布式可再生能源领域储能技术应用和商业模式研究、微电网和智能电网领域储能技术应用和商业模式研究、可再生能源储能工程示范和关键技术研究、可再生能源与储能技术经济模式研究、储能系统入网规范及标准体系研究、储能产业政策与法规研究等八个课题模块展开了讨论,会议确定了具体工作方案及时间节点,明确了各个课题的纲要内容和课题任务的分工与合作。 9 此次会议将为我国“十三五”储能产业发展规划提供重要行业参考,有利于推动我国储能技术和产业的发展。
