Abstract:Since the new round of power system reform, the research on the sale of electricity business model of emerge in an endless stream, the research object of this thesis is engaged in the sale of electricity grid enterprises. This paper will be based on business model combing foreign retail companies, combined with the actual situation, from the local marketing services, customer relationship management, customer service management and marketing sale of electricity bills and power users of large data analysis to explore the regional power supply company to improve the service of electric power marketing innovation mode of the four aspects, and puts forward the increment distribution network integration the sale of electricity, independent and comprehensive energy services three business of selling electricity.
