Abstract:The rationality of the project is closely related to the economic benefits and the final operation results of the whole project. How to improve the comprehensive performance of the project and improve the planning level of the project is the key point of the power construction enterprise. In this paper, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method are used to analyze and evaluate the factors that affect the effect of project planning, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the effect of the project. In view of the actual project of different programs were analyzed and evaluated, and finally identified the most scientific construction program, the transmission project planning has certain reference significance.
