Abstract：It is the key for the next reformation of Chinese electric power system to liberalize power sales side, reform experience is drew by studying the developing trend of foreign power sales market. Power sales operating model based on big date technology is proposed in combination with the actuality of Chinese power market. Based on the research of power reform test site, it is profitable for the reform of future power market in China and also referable for operating mode of power sales companies.
