摘要 针对目前电能计量工作中远距离观测运行互感器铭牌不清晰、近距离观测需要停电的缺点,研制了一种基于数字摄像模块组合的高压互感器铭牌观测器,可以实现互感器铭牌的带电观测,减少了铭牌观测与检查过程的停电次数,有效提高互感器铭牌观测的效率和安全性。采用MT9M001C12STM作为图像传感器,将前端获取的图像信息经DSP图像处理器控制电路传输至显示屏进行显示,完成互感器铭牌信息的观测。测试结果表明,设计的高压互感器铭牌观测器绝缘性能、及图像清晰度均能满足互感器铭牌观测的要求。

Abstract:A kind of high voltage transformer nameplate observer based on combination of digital camera module is designed to overcome the disadvantage of observation of running transformer nameplate in the current energy metering work. It can realize the observation of the transformer nameplate without power outage and reduce the number of power outages, improving the efficiency and security of transformer nameplate observation. MT9M001C12STM is used as the image sensor, the DSP image processor control circuit sends the image information to screen to display, completing the transformer nameplate information observation. The test results showed that the transformer nameplate observer is insulation qualified and image clarity can meet the requirements of the transformer nameplate observation.
