摘要 商用汽车的快速发展对变速箱制造精度和效率提出了新的标准,现有设备和工艺已不能满足其要求。根据变速箱装配工艺的技术要求和特点,以14档商用车变速箱副箱轴承压装设备为控制对象,应用以太网和OPC(OLE for process control)通信技术,构建基于西门子S7-1200的控制系统,采集压力、位移数据并绘制压装曲线,实现压装数据的可追溯,为变速箱研发提供数据支撑。
Abstract:The rapid development of commercial vehicle proposed new standards for manufacturing accuracy and efficiency of the gearbox, existing equipment and technology has been unable to meet their requirements. According to the technical requirements and characteristics of the gearbox assembly process, 14 stalls commercial vehicles gearbox Pressure and Assembly equipment as the control object, apply Ethernet and OPC (OLE for Process Control) communications technology, build the control system based on Siemens S7-1200.
