Abstract：The number of the equipment with SF6 gas leakage grows gradually with the large-scale application of SF6 equipment. To eliminate this defect, the normal outage disassembling maintenance mode has the problems of difficult outage and high processing cost. Therefore, being in accordance with the actual conditions to research electrified and under-voltage plugging technology, and combining with the outage repair mode are of great meaning on solving the leakage problem of SF6 equipment. In accordance with the thought of “dredging-plugging pattern”, this article takes the air leakage in the three-way valve connector of the SF6 pressure gauge as the case to carry out the detailed description of the process, electrified and under-voltage plugging. A new plugging method can be provided to the persons in each industry, and promoted in the fields of petroleum, chemical engineering, coal, etc., and this method can be applied in the under-voltage plugging of the leaked inflatable appliance.
