The primary equipment in the substation usually adopts dual protection configuration. However, in recent years, the misoperation of the secondary equipment has caused many serious consequences. In order to solve this problem, the substation “all anti-error” project is in the state grid department. The branch conducts pilot research. This paper introduces the risk management concept into the implementation process of “all prevention and error prevention”, carries out risk identification, risk assessment and risk monitoring for its implementation process, and formulates corresponding measures to ensure the normal implementation of the project and achieve certain results. It can lay a certain theoretical and practical foundation for similar projects in the future.
