Abstract：In view of the excessive number of switching elements in the double busbar connection, inspired by the 3/2 circuit breaker connection, this paper proposes the 3/2 isolating switch bus ring connection. In the expansion of the double busbar connection gas insulated switchgear (GIS) equipment, the double busbar should be stopped when the AC withstand voltage test is performed, so this paper introduces double-break isolating switch, which is a new 3/2 isolating switch (double-break) bus ring wiring, to realize the uninterrupted expansion of the original operation line.
