Abstract:The environmental protection problem of steel mills is prominent. In order o realize the vision of recycling the solid waste secondary resources and the urban steel ecosystem of “solid waste does not leave the factory” of steel mills, it is the most ideal way to treat low zinc secondary resources in a homogenization manner. Based on this, this paper analyzes the low-voltage equipment participating in the homogenization process of secondary resource production lines from the aspects of power supply demand, power load and control, etc. The comprehensive application of electrical protection components such as frequency converter and island-type motor protector realizes the optimal energy saving control of the fixed-speed electric motor frequency conversion speed adjustment motor and other equipment, matching the Ethernet, optical fiber network communication protocol and the remote control and monitoring. With the successful application in previous projects, the design scheme of low-voltage power supply and distribution system proposed in this paper has a certain guiding significance for steel enterprises to participate in the equalization of production and construction. It also helps the steel mills to achieve digital management.
