Abstract:PID control is widely used in the process of industrial control. For DC/DC converter is of strong nonlinear, and traditional PID control can not meet the control requirements such as nonlinear control,control accuracy and the speed of response, a fuzzy self-adaptive adjusting of PID controller is presented in the paper. With phase-shift full bridge converter as control object,proving a new duty-to output transfer function based on the enhanced dynamic modeling of the PSFB. Through Matlab simulation, the traditional PID control and adaptive fuzzy PID control is compared to verify that the fuzzy self-adaptive adjusting of PID controller has better steady-state performance and dynamic performance. Lastly, detailed experimental results for a real-life 96V to 720V PSFB industrial application show excellent agreement with them.
