Abstract：The transformer is the core equipment in substation, to strengthen the monitoring of the operation of the transformer to ensure the reliability of its operation, to enhance the reliability of power supply system reliability and stability is of great significance. Transformer oil chromatographic on-line monitoring is the transformer condition monitoring technology is mature and the most common means, at present most of the oil chromatographic on-line monitoring equipment is still a gas cylinder carrying, loading cylinder replacement is day-to-day maintenance of the key. In this paper, gas monitoring and analysis of gas cylinders are designed to provide a basis for the replacement of the carrier gas cylinders and the maintenance of the equipment.
