摘要 针对国家电网公司对国网智能电表自动化检验的需求,本文介绍了一种全新的电能计量装置远程在线监测系统。该监测系统可对已投入使用的电能计量设备进行在线监测、故障判断和记录分析,它是集信号、数据采集与处理、数据库管理、现场电能表误差自动校验、二次回路状态监测、报警、通信于一体的远程监测系统。该监测系统可靠性好,功能强,具备较高的竞争力,对用电大户和各变电站都有很好的应用价值。

Abstract:In view of the state grid company of the smart meter automation test requirement, this paper introduce a new remote on-line monitoring system for electric energy metering device. This monitoring system can be on-line monitoring for the electric energy metering device, fault judgment and document analysis, it is set a signal, data acquisition and processing, database management, field watt-hour meter error automatic calibration, secondary loop condition monitoring, alarm, communi- cation in one remote monitoring system. The monitoring system for good reliability, strong function, have higher competitiveness, for power users and the substation has the very good application value.
