摘要 当配电网发生单相接地故障时,故障点同侧的暂态零序电流具有一致的主谐振频率,而故障点两侧的电流主谐振频率差异较大。根据这一特征,本文提出了一种基于自适应噪声的完备集合经验模态分解(CEEMDAN)能量相对熵的故障区段定位方法来识别此差异,计算得到熵值最大的区段即可判断为故障区段。经仿真分析,该方法在不同的故障条件下均能定位出故障区段,且不受噪声影响,具有很高的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:When a single-phase ground fault occurs in the distribution network, the spectral energy distributions on both sides of the fault point are different. Based on this feature, a fault section location method based on the complete empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) energy relative entropy is proposed to identify this difference. The simulation analysis shows that the method can locate the fault section under different fault conditions and is not affected by noise, which has high accuracy and reliability.
