Design of touch-based human-machine interaction system based on programmable logic controller

Abstract:The missort fault detection device is one of intelligent devices that can effectively identify problems such as user missort fault and reverse connection in one household and one meter power supply. This paper designs a touch-based human-machine interaction system based on programmable logic controller (PLC) for user missort fault detection device, which realizes user information input, signal activation and display with touch screen. It is more convenient to realize data transmission between PLC and host computer by PLC communication protocol. The experimental results show that the data of the interactive system is accurate and real-time, and the touch screen operation enhances the convenience of human-machine interaction. At the same time, the system is easy to implement.
