Abstract:The power quality problem in the mid-voltage distribution system seriously affects the stable operation of the power grid and can not guarantee the reliability of power supply. Conventional low-voltage distribution system solutions can not achieve the power quality management of medium voltage distribution system. In this paper, a power quality control scheme of medium voltage distribution system is proposed, which can effectively use low-voltage equipment to realize medium and high-voltage compensation, facilitate the installation and maintenance of equipment. The feasibility of the scheme is verified by simulation and experiment.
