Abstract：By the introduction of twice failure accidents to 10kV Power Cable of Ningbo Wanhua Polyurethane Company Limited, and combining the original photos and related materials of the cable accidents, the failure reason of cross-linked Polyethylene Power Cable Cold Shrinkable Terminal (PPCCST) and its manufacturing process were discussed in detail, familiar,wrong manufacture methods of PPCCST in the current Construction Units were corrected, and corresponding precautionary measures and detection ways were given.
