Abstract:If the secondary equipment in a substation malfunctions, it is highly likely to cause relay protection to refuse to operate and cause power grid accidents. However, there is a relatively lack of error prevention measures for secondary equipment in substations. Therefore, this article proposes a method for implementing error prevention in the operation of secondary equipment in substations. By comprehensively analyzing the types and functions of the secondary equipment in the substation, this method elaborates on the implementation ideas of the secondary error prevention function form secondary equipment modeling, secondary equipment status collection, secondary error prevention rules, and secondary error prevention algorithms, and a solution for secondary error prevention is proposed. Through practical engineering applications, it has been shown that integrating secondary error prevention function in the substation error prevention and locking system can avoid the misoperation of secondary equipment, enhance the safe operation level of the power grid, and provide effective technical support for the safe operation of equipment.
