Abstract:In this paper a hot water-washing vechicle for high-voltagetransformation apparatus is presented;a novel platform designed for the vechicle is suitable for mobile washing,especially used in transformation apparatus with large diameter;the manual gun is insteaded by the three degree of mechanical robots which can reduce the artificial labor intensity and increase the safety stability of hot water-washing;Cleaning efficiency is effectively raised by smart control for the water jet.The simulation and on-site live-line hot water-washing experiment is successfully finished,and the cleaning results conform to industry standard.
