Abstract：Because of the ageing and the design defect of a a steel plant’s cutting machine,in the process of using,cutting machine often appear first met two cutting guns automatic return, the main clamp open fault. The emergence of cutting machine in steelmaking plant of two guns meet automatic fault, it may cause the speed reducing accident cutting, heavy casting interrupt, causing serious economic losses. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the principle and fault causes control system of cutting machine two guns, and the fault causes are analysed in theory, to avoid the occurrence of such fault from many aspects, and provide reference for similar equipment failure processing.
