摘要 三电平Buck(Buck TL)变换器可以降低开关管的电压应力,提高电感电流的脉动频率以减小滤波器的尺寸。本文基于电压解耦控制方法,建立Buck TL变换器的飞跨电容电压环小信号模型和输出电压外环的定频滑模控制模型,然后分别对其控制器进行设计。通过计算机仿真证明了理论分析的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:The three-level buck converter can reduce the voltage stress of switch,double the effective switching frequency and decrease the size of filter. The small-signal model of flying capacitor voltage control and the constant frequency sliding mode controlled of output voltage control are established by the method of voltage decoupling control strategy. Then the compensation networks are designed. At last,the simulation results show the correctness of theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of control strategy.
