Design of Portable Debugging Instrument for Capacitive Equipment Online Monitoring Device

Abstract：The secondary voltage of PT and leakage current are the two main monitoring targets of capacitive equipment online monitoring device in substations, and the measuring accuracy test and evaluation of such device is an important part of functional debugging. This paper introduced a kind of portable debugging instrument for capacitive equipment online monitoring device, which is consist of standard source module, data acquisition module and control & data processing module. The instrument is able to output voltage and current signal of a certain frequency range to simulate the secondary voltage of PT and leakage current, and give the standard value. The independent voltage and current output, wide amplitude range and harmonic simulation make the instrument adapt to various kinds of capacitive equipment online monitoring device. The supporting software is functionally rich and easy to operate, and automatic debugging can be realized. The debugging instrument could be used in pre-install performance testing and verification and debugging of substation periodic maintenance.
