Abstract In a power plant the RTU works on the dual devices active-standby switched mode, when a failure occurs at active device the system will switch to another work, this will cause the local monitoring system of remote signal alarm. Through careful analysis of message, find the real reason, by adding the quality factor of the judgment, completely solve the problem of false information.
