Abstract With the rapid developments of power industry, there are more and more substation and equipment which are under the jurisdiction of operating personnel. There are more and more electrical operation orders which are in need of compilation. In the era of computer network, it can greatly improve automation level of power generation factory and it has better application value by making use of information network advantages, develop an intelligent ticket system, simplify the implementation of ticket operation and base on reliable preservation archive votes, remote statistics, query, audit and archiving operation orders.
