Abstract In order to meet the requirement of construction urban rail transit, the 26/35kV single copper core power cable was designed according to structure design, material selection and technical control. This kind of product has the following properties: low-smoke, halogen-free, class A flame retardance, water-proof, rat-proof and termite-proof. The water-proof layer of the cable uses Aluminum and plastic composite sheath, while the fire-proof layer uses ceramic silicon rubber belt, so as to meet the design requirement.
