Abstract In order to avoid the serious consequences caused by the damaged ship cabin leakage, developed a ship cabin monitoring system based on PLC S7-200. To realize the control of AC three speed motor using PLC internal operation function, and then the real-time control of ship cabin inflow, and simulation using PLC SIM5.3 simulation software. Results show that monitoring system of quick response, high control accuracy, overcomes the hardware electrical connection leads to insufficient system reliability.
