Abstract This paper accumulates in the on-line monitoring data on a large number of, the on-line monitoring data of equipment carried out in-depth analysis, analysis of some factors that may influence the online data abnormality, and enumerates some typical device failure cause data abnormal cases. Through the analysis, pointed out that strengthening online device operation strength situation, through a combination of live testing means, data on-line monitoring system can replace the preventive test data.
