Abstract This paper introduces the control system and working principle of a cooperative robot, through reasonable hardware configuration and perfect software program design, Avoid the safety accidents when human and robots cooperate in the same work area. Compared with the normal workflow, the scheme not only reduces the number of workers, but also reduces the labor intensity of workers.
