Abstract Distribution line, power points, under the user, is the key to power. Distribution network planning, is not only building a strong smart grid needs, but also to achieve “more power, for good” strategic objective technical basis. Based on the analysis of traditional planning methods based on the proposed coordinated planning method based on lifting scheme of power supply capacity. This method is pay attention to the distribution network level load redistribution, while also considering feeder plan and planning of substation. It can be said that compared with the traditional planning methods, this method of building a more comprehensive and reasonable, the results also prove it. Article's purpose is to enhance the level of distribution network planning and Minnow.
