特高压直流输电中性点偏移保护的研究

摘要 特高压直流输电中性点偏移保护是换流变压器充电后、直流系统解锁前重要的直流保护。晋北换流站和广固换流站进行直流系统调试时,换流变压器充电后阀侧电压异常,但中性点偏移保护都没有有效识别,为直流系统解锁带来隐患。本文阐述了中性点偏移保护的工程应用,分析换流变压器阀侧电压异常时中性点偏移保护拒动的原因,对中性点偏移保护功能和保护定值进行研究,提出中性点偏移保护判据的优化策略,给出更为合理的保护定值设置建议。通过实时数字仿真试验验证,当阀侧电压出现异常时,优化后的策略可以有效检测和识别,能够提高中性点偏移保护在工程应用中的可靠性。

Abstract:Neutral shift protection of ultra high voltage direct current transmission is an important direct current protection after charging the converter transformer and before de-blocking the direct current system. During the direct current system commissioning of Jinbei converter station and Guanggu converter station, the voltage on valve side of converter transformer is abnormal after charging the converter transformer, but the neutral shift protection is not effectively detected, which brings hidden danger for direct current system de-blocking. This paper elaborates the project application of neutral shift protection, Analyses the reasons for the failure of neutral shift protection when the voltage on valve side of converter transformer is abnormal, studies the function and setting value of neutral shift protection, the optimization strategy of neutral shift protection logic, and more reasonable protection setting value suggestions are proposed. Through the real time digital simulation test, when the valve side voltage is abnormal, the optimized strategy can effectively detect and identify, and can improve the reliability of neutral shift protection in engineering application.
