Abstract:With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence, the teaching of the database application course faces new challenges and opportunities. This paper explores strategies for integrating ideological and political education into the database application course and analyzes methods for interdisciplinary integration with other subjects. By combining curriculum-based ideological education with professional teaching, it promotes the comprehensive development of students; through interdisciplinary integration, it broadens students’ knowledge horizons and enhances their innovation abilities. Practice indicates that this teaching model helps cultivate high-quality talents with comprehensive qualities and social responsibility, providing strong support for the development of national data technology.
