Abstract:To solve the problem of prolonged transformer overloading caused by the winter peak of electric heating loads and promote the development of intelligent station area load regulation, this paper designs an electric heating load-sensing and control system for public transformer substation areas. The system adopts the architecture of “intelligent integrated terminal load management APP + intelligent IoT electric meter + load sensing control module + external circuit breaker”. It acquires real-time operational data of transformers and electric heating load information from users, and implements a closed-loop control process of “instruction issuance - module response - circuit breaker execution” to extend load management directly to the user side. Loads are controlled in an orderly manner according to priority levels, which effectively alleviates the overloading pressure on transformers, achieves refined regulation of electric heating loads, and provides technical support for improving the intelligent station area load regulation system.
