Abstract：The messages recorder and analyzer in Smart Substation which is described in this article,fulfills all therequirements of the developing Smart Substation and IEC 61850. It can integrate the storing and analyzing of all sorts of messages in Smart Substation networks as well as the fault waveforms、protection actions of Power System; It can monitor and estimate the state of Smart Substation networks as well as the running of Power System.
