Abstract：The cooling control parameters of the block chain of the continuous caster belong to the characteristics of large time delay, time-varying, nonlinear and multivariable. By using PLC and its cascade control system, it has strong resistance to transformation and good adjustment quality, so as to achieve the control requirements of the system.
