Abstract:The secondary equipment of intelligent substation is highly networked, and its operation state research and judgment is different from that of conventional substation. A method framework of online monitoring and fault diagnosis of relay protection secondary circuit based on multi parameter information collaborative consideration is proposed. Through the capture and comprehensive analysis of SV, goose and MMS messages, this paper studies the information characteristics of abnormal links in the process layer and station control layer, and puts forward the early warning strategy to distinguish the broken link and abnormal data of SV, goose network. For the relay protection device, the on-line monitoring and fault location strategy covering the secondary circuit, sampling value, switching value and so on are given. Based on the existing equipment configuration of intelligent station, this paper not only has excellent economy, but also extends the applicability and fault tolerance, which has important reference significance for improving the secondary operation and maintenance of Smart Substation.
