Abstract：Solar cell output power characteristics as well as the battery self charging characteristics is analyzed. At the same time main circuit diagram of battery being charged and discharged is given. Three phase control strategy of battery being charged and discharged and the comprehensive protection measures are established According to the circuit requirement. In the calculation of parameters and system simulation results, a prototype is made. It can be seen that the realizing method and control strategy are entirely correct From the simulation and experiment results.
