Abstract Take this paper as an example, which is the cabinet assembly process about 2MW water cooled double fed wind power converter, based on the analyzes of the problems on the assembly process existing electric cabinet, put forward the improvement of process, expounds the overall design scheme of assembly line process. In addition, introduces the wire harness production、panel assembly process、the entire screen installation wiring process and assembly process in students. Through two years production practice, contrast in workshop, proved the practicability of assembly line assembly process improvement program.
