Abstract It is a most common phenomenon of the circuit breaker hydraulic operating mechanism charging-pressure frequently. General supervising method for mechanism is to copy the reading of counter and to estimate whether the mechanism is abnormal though time and charging pressure time for the circuit breaker close and open. This method is not accurate either in-time. In order to solve the problems of supervising mechanism charging pressure status in constructed project in real-time, the thesis researches the feasibility of realizing automatic uploading of charging-pressure times and alarm function through ZigBee wireless transmission technology. The experiment proves that the program is feasible in short-distance and non-blocked environment. Wireless transmission technology can be used to transmit signal in constructed project, which may avoid the trouble of re-cabling, without affecting current sys-tem.
