Abstract Connecting with an over-grade trip accident of 10kV line due to the installation technology of zero-sequence current transformer, this paper analyses the characteristics of current transfer and the influence to the microcomputer protection devices under the situations of unqualified installation of zero-sequence current transformer, combined with the accident situation such measures are put forward.
