摘要 断路器合闸回路一般都设计有防跳功能,防止断路器异常重复合闸。为保证防跳回路运行可靠,需要定期对防跳回路进行试验检查,常见的防跳试验方法都着重验证回路的正确性,忽视了验证防跳继电器动作时间是否满足要求的问题,容易导致误判。本文介绍一种新的试验方法,能够可靠检查防跳回路是否存在异常,为设备安全稳定运行提供保障。

Abstract:The closing circuit of breaker is generally designed with anti-jump function to prevent repeated closing of circuit breaker. In order to ensure the reliability of anti-jump function, it is necessary to test and check the anti-jump circuit regularly. The general anti-jump test methods focus on verifying the correctness of the circuit and ignore the problem of verifying whether the action time of anti-jump relay meets the requirements, which is easy to lead to misjudgment. This paper introduces a new test method, which can reliably check whether there are abnormalities in the anti-jump circuit and provide guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
