摘要 随着智能变电站建设规模不断扩大,就地化保护装置需求量持续增加,设备生产工厂及检验中心的工作量随之增加,常规的人工检测方式无论是在效率方面还是检测质量方面都存在不足之处,无法满足需求。如何实现对就地化继电保护装置的快速有效检测,已经成为就地化继电保护装置广泛推广应用前需要解决的关键性问题。针对该问题,本文设计就地化保护自动检测系统的硬件平台,对流水线平台与软件操作系统配合工作实现自动运输、投卸技术进行分析研究。

Abstract:With the continuous expansion of the construction scale of intelligent substations, the demand for local protection devices has been constantly increasing, and the workload of equipment production plants and inspection centers has also increased. Conventional manual inspection methods are insufficient in terms of efficiency and inspection quality, which is unable to meet the requirements. How to realize the rapid and effective detection of local protection relays has become a key issue that needs to be solved before the local protection relays being widely promoted and applied. In view of this problem, this paper designs the hardware platform of the local protection automatic detection system, and analyzes and researches the assembly line platform and the software operating system to realize the automatic transportation and unloading technology.
